Have you noticed many people don’t stop working long hours at the office or at home. But science tells us we have a limited reservoir of attention that we can devote to a single thing for long periods of time without taking a break.
And the longer the break, the better we’ll feel when we return to our daily routine. We tend to be more productive if we take deliberate breaks, not only during the day, but also from everyday life.
